AGM/Internal League - 7PM, 28/4/10, Callan Hall

We've come to the time of year were essays and assignments are about, the grass is starting to be cut and clubs and societies are holding their AGMs.....we're no different here at the LnD.....or maybe we are.
Anyway, we shall be holding our Annual General Meeting next Wednesday from 7PM in Callan Hall on South Campus. We expect there to be:
- Reports from the executive (i.e. Auditor, Treasurer, Secretary)
- Elections: The committee's term in office comes to an end with the academic year's end in June. Therefore, we'll be holding elections for the following committee positions. People who wish to find out about these positions should get in touch with the relevant people or email the LnD address:
- Auditor-Aidan Rowe
- Secretary-Therese Lyons (office held by William Peat during Semester 1)
- Treasurer-James Boyle
- Literary Officer-Aileen Donegan
- PRO-Donal McClean
- Communications Officer-Paddy Walsh
- Schools Convenor-Catherine Colthurst
- Interal League Convenor-Office currently vacant
- Ents Officer-Benjamin Burns
- 1st year Rep is currently held by Peter Farrel. However, this position will not be elected until our AGM for the beginning of the academic year 2010/11 in October.
- There will also be a chance for AOB (Any Other Business) to be raised by members at the end of the meeting
Secondly, I wish to announce that we are planning to hold our Internal League immediately after our AGM. More details will be given ASAP.
